MIKE JAMES
Director of Tennis
Mike spent his formative years in Kenya, and then moved to the United States where he attended High School and then moved on to play College Tennis at The University of Arizona. Over the last 20 years he has coached at every level of the game from Mini Tennis and Adult beginners to World ranked junior and senior players. As an LTA PCA Coach he is currently director of Tennis at Halton Tennis Club, an LTA High Performance Centre. He's also an LTA Coach Education Tutor. |

JAMES MORGAN
Head Coach
James joined Halton in April '03, from Herts LTA. He was also Tennis Development Officer for Gosling Sports Park in Welwyn Garden City. He works alot with 14 and under players, where he has been the County Captain for both Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire for the past 6 years. James has also coached a number of players to European and International junior rankings and a player to the semi finals of the Boys 14 & under National Championships. He has also travelled extensively in Europe with juniors to compete in Tennis Europe events.

ALAN HUTCHERSON
Senior Coach
Alan joined us from Aylesbury, via Australia!
You know his pupils – they all have great forehands! Alan is also responsible for talent ID at our Performance Centre and spends many a weekend watching our U10 players.

PHIL HILL

Performance Coach
Phil joined us in 2006 from the Brugera Academy in Spain, where he spent 4 years working & travelling with some of the top juniors in Europe. He has a great eye for the little technical tips that will make a big difference to your game.

JEMIMA HAYWARD
Tennis Europe Performance Coach
Jemima is our top lady player, undefeated at County week for the last 2 years and is responsible for our Tennis Europe Squad. Led our Girls U12 team to National honours in 2007.

DANNY WEST
Danny joined us from Tring Club, and has a great following. He also organises our mid week adult club sessions. Has one of the biggest forehands in the land!

Performance Coach
A top junior, Pete has worked in the Academy world for the past 2 years, with huge success, and has earned an enviable reputation, running very professional tours.

EMILY QUIN
Emily has played Bucks County tennis for many years, at junior and senior level, having been a member at Halton. She is currently a member of the Bucks Ladies team who recently got promoted to the top Divisions in both the winter and summer events. |

CAMILLA HAYWARD
Mini Tennis Club Co-ordinator
Camilla has been a member of Halton Tennis Club for more than 18 years and regularly plays in several club teams. Having taught at a local Pre-School for 12 years, she is now involved in the Mini Tennis Programme at Halton as a Level 1 Coaching Assistant and is about to start the Level 2 course. She is also the club's Press Officer and helps with Club Administration. |

SAM START
Mini Tennis Co-ordinator
Sam began working at Aylesbury Tennis Club at the age of 15, later taking over the position of Mini Tennis Co-ordinator as a DCA licensed coach. She has studied Sports Education and Sport & Leisure Management at University, earning a first class honours degree. She has since worked as a coach at two clubs before joining the Halton team. |
