Gym Director & Personal Trainer
Jon established Core Strength Training after working as a fitness instructor and personal trainer in large gyms so that he could focus on working with people to achieve higher standards of fitness and sports performance. He is professionally qualified in YMCA Personal Trainer, Speed Agility Quickness (SAQ) Performance Trainer and Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) Level 3. Jon encourages his clients to become ’smart keep-fitters’, helping them to recognise their potential by motivating them to push themselves a little bit further than their normal pace and comfort zone and understand the higher level that they can work at. Jon likes to think ‘outside the box’ and create innovative ways to exercise, have fun and achieve results. |

INDUCTION SERVICES
Whether you are a complete beginner or a regular member of a gym, it is a requirement for you to have at least a one hour induction in the gym prior to joining. Depending upon the induction service you opt for, Jon will introduce you to the equipment and will ensure you get the most out of your time in the gym.
- Bronze £35 - this is a one hour introduction to the gym equipment
- Silver £60 - This is a 1.5 hour fitness consultation and includes an introduction to the gym. You will have the opportunity to discuss your short and long term goals in order to build an individual training program to meet you specific needs
- Gold £180 – This is the Silver service plus a 3 monthly review (for one year) to discuss your progress and to re-assess the training program in line with your improving fitness level
The Silver and Gold services are, of course, available to current members of the gym and can help you to achieve your long and short-term goals.

CIRCUIT TRAINING
This is an excellent session to music, for both men and women. It provides an all over body workout, improving your general fitness, body tone and well-being, and can help you to improve your tennis game through improved strength and stamina. You can work at your own pace and Jon will provide the motivation for you to push yourself that little bit harder. Session are Monday 12.30 – 1.30pm (Ladies only) and
Thursday 7.30 – 8.30pm. Each session costs £6 - although you must book in a block of 5 (£30).
Non-members £7 or book 6 classes and pay just £35. As places are limited, to book your place, contact Jon.
BALL SCULPT - LEGS, BUMS & TUMS!
With the use of a stability ball this is a fun way to tone your Legs, Bums and Tums as well as improve your postural strength and personal fitness.
Bookings are for each term in advance and cost £6 per session. Balls must be provided by yourselves - they can also be purchased from Jon Price for £20. This way you can continue your exercises at home. As places are limited, to book your place, contact Jon.
