I can feel so many muscles work, ones that I never knew I had. I also had a back problem, which I can now say is much better. It makes me feel refreshed and charged for the week.

Pilates is an exercise method which helps to improve posture and body awareness by specifically focusing on controlling the deep abdominal muscles of the trunk. The benefits of Pilates is now widely recognized by medical practioners through to elite athletes. It helps in the recovery and maintenance of back problems and enhances sporting performance.
Our team of 4 qualified Pilates Instructors run classes throughout the week in a purpose built Pilates Studio. We cater for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced, including rehabilitation classes for those recovering from injury or an operation.
Our speciality is small classes or one-on-one sessions, using the classic Joseph Pilates methods to deliver a variety of mat work, swiss ball, pilates ring and foam roller routines.
We also offer yoga classes - far from being 'only for flexible people' it is a great compliment to sport (and simply feeling good). And why not try a ballet-inspired workout (for non-dancers) - see below for a full list of our classes.
